Bountiful is a city in Davis County, Utah. It is a large suburban community located only miles away from the Great Salt Lake. According to the United States Census Bureau of 2000, Bountiful has a population of more than 41,000 people. The city has a total area of 13.5 square miles with a population density of over 3,000 people per square mile. It is located at high altitudes of over 4,000 feet above sea level.
